A comprehensive compilation of
all rights nursing home residents are accorded under
existing federal and state law, this pamphlet was developed
and distributed by WHCA in conjunction with the approval of
the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services. Its
main purpose is to insure that all persons recognize and
fully understand the nature and scope of rights possessed by
Wisconsin nursing home residents.
